NLNOG 2025 – From ISC to KEA DHCP
This presentation was about the migration from the old ISC DHCP to the new KEA DHCP platform for a Dutch Internet Service Provider. As ISC DHCP is End-of-life since 2022, users are urged to migrate to the new KEA DHCP software. This software has some nice improvements. In this presentation I talk about these improvements and also the migration process.
NLNOG BBQ 2023
This presentation was held during the NLNOG BBQ 2023 and is about building virtual and physical labs. I shared my expierence during a meetup of the NLNOG community before starting the BBQ.
RIPE 86 – Deploying IPv6 and/or CGNAT
This presentation was done in the IPv6 working group and is about deploying Carrier Grade NAT together with Ipv6. The presentation was held during the RIPE86 meeting in Rotterdam in 2023.
NLNOG 2022 – Fiber to the Country
During the NLNOG days of 2022, I presented about the XGS-PON project I did for Delta Fiber. In this project I explain about the current situation of the Fiber rollout in the Netherlands and especially about the new XGS-PON technology.
This presentation was a sequel to the presentation Fiber to the Farm I did during the NLNOG Summar camp in 2018 in Zeewolde.
RIPE 85 – Fiber to the Country
After doing the presentation at the NLNOG days of 2022, I also did this presentation on the RIPE 85 conference in Belgrado.
RIPE is a is a forum open to all parties interested in wide area IP networks. The objective of RIPE is to ensure the administrative and technical coordination necessary to enable the operation of the Internet.
